Green Living Festival Held At “The Domes”

“The Domes” in Milwaukee will play host to a The Green Living Festival. The Green Living Festival is held at Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory.

The events director, Joe Wilson, has high hopes for the event.

“It sounds simple, but some people need to be educated (about) water conservation at home, healthy eating, being able to purchase groceries without plastic bags,” Wilson says. “We just want to talk to the individual because they’re very confused. They think they need to install solar panels and buy a new water heater. So, we’re dealing with it in little chunks.”

The Green Living Festival is Saturday, April 5 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. If you live in Milwaukee, you should definitely drop by for this event.
