Look for the Fair Trade Certification on fair trade products

There are many different fair trade products. Some of these products have other sellers that are not fair trade certificated. To make sure that the consumers know which product is a fair trade product, a fair-trade certification program has been developed. If a product has this certification, it means that this product was made by fair trade producers. So if you’re interested in buying fair trade products to know you’re helping to create equality in the trading world, make sure to find the certification on the item. This certification will have the words “FAIR TRADE” written clearly, so it will be quite easy spot when searching for products.

Fair Trade is a counter to Free Trade, and is a movement towards sustainability and poverty alleviation.
